It bolts towards the window, sending out a clawed, shriveled arm towards Stephen, releasing a shrill scream. The matted, patchy black hair of the individual sways a bit, rigid and hard from the looks of it. The being then scampers back into the shadows, out of sight.

A darkened shadow of a body can be seen through one of the windows on the ground level from where Kat and Stephen are standing.

The arm quickly lets go of the baton, and another shrill scream is heard before the arm dashing back through the window, disappearing from sight.

The right side of the building seems to have the most boarded-up windows, and there are blood-scrawled notes across the wall near the ground-level. It reads "THE BUNNIES, THEY LIKE TO VISIT. OOOH, BUT THEY DON'T LEAVE...NONO, TOO DELICIOUS TO LEAVE..." and "Run." Stephen and Kat can see more notes further up on the building wall.(right side)
Several windows around the sides of the building are boarded up, and several appear to be broken. What appears to be an arm is sticking out of one further down the wall, but David and Jeremy can't tell if it's attached to a body, or not. but what appears to be dried blood creeps down the wall from the window. They also feel as if someone is watching them. (left side)

Yep. I usually tend to leave things sparse due to me either a, not thinking such things matter, or b, wanting to leave some creativity to the players. Adds a bit more...variety, to my adventures.

Wind rustles across the landscape, and one of the windows higher up on the building fly open, a shadow swiftly flashing by it. The rain appears to be getting heavier, and now begins to come down diagonally. A dead tree rustles in the wind.
