...would it be possible to let the world run for a couple hundred years even after it has been generated? If so, how do I do this? I have a world with an adventurer, and I was just curious to see how the world could change in a few hundred years.

...to modify a creature's tissue into an item? Like, for example, if I wanted to change a dog's brain into turtle meat, is that possible to mod in?
