This is not good...do as gotdamnmiracle has suggested, we cannot dare to dishonor ourselves in a martial competition of this nature, but also make sure that the duke knows that our equipment has been tampered with, while leaving out count foles in our mention. We do not want to make more enemies right now.

Also, we can't make it a point that we are on to him. We're just silly farmer scum, right Count? As we stab him from behind.

Fuck that! Request new equipment, on the grounds that yours has been misplaced and this is definitely not yours. "Look at it's condition! I couldn't ride in on this let alone joust. Would you be kind enough to provide a loan saddle for this event. These misfortunes hopefully will be fickle and leave me for the match. I would be indebted to you." Speaking to the Stablemaster, of course. We will compete! We can not show our hand. Or our tail for that matter.

perhaps at some point in time we should take a moment to speak with Alan, hes been a good to us, teaching us without asking anything in return.

surely he doesn't plan to be a squire for the rest of his life, we should get to know his hopes and dreams. and maybe even help him achieve them as a thank you for all hes done for us.

we could do that before the tournament or later.

This. We should offer him a personal position related to his dreams. (knight of the land, captain of a vessel, something else?) and offer to pay for any of the schooling in relation to it.

Eat a light breakfast. A full stomach is a warriors bane. Stretch. Warm up. Mentally prepare.

Civilian

Michelle Lopez
Paramedic

Called to one for the houses in the early stages of the disease, before people knew what exactly was going on Michelle began to treat, being forced to run when the EMT basic she was working with was bitten and she had to club the walker to death with a brick when it trapped her in the back yard.

She became a paramedic because she can handle stressful situations well. She has lived her whole live in the city and likes to think of herself as metropolitan, having never shot a gun or camped a day in her life. Has a habit of idly biting her nails when stressed.

I say we do the melee and archery. We can see how we feel and begin the joust if we feel up to it. If we do well, we may earn a title. Fuck to the yeah.

If not I am for participating in all of them.

A - Slow zombies give more dread. Fast zombies are also vulnerable to head shots.
The point of fast zombies is that you can't evade them by walking away. A single fast zombie is a threat; a single slow zombie is not. A mob of zombies is a big threat that you probably can't kill, regardless of type.

Also no special infected as that's dumb... Death is not a super power guys.
Plus rotting one. (That's a good thing.)

These are things i agree with.

Continue walking unfeeling of the cold of the morning.

Mm. My stomach howls. I will eat when I arrive with my band. Or possibly before if luck presents itself. Lords this thing is heavy without a scabbard or sling. At least this shield fits on my back. Hm. i don't see the tracks of my brothers. Maybe I can find where they recently camped. Fire ashes, horse piles, scraps, the usual trail.

(2 handed weapon by the way if I can make suggestions)

Let's not give away our position. Say we are trying to blackmail the count for some slight he has caused our family. The dirt he gathers will be good and thick and our thing is bound to be the BIGGEST DEAL, we can even point him in the right direction, saying yaddi yadda over heard yaddi yadda attempted bladdy blah. Get my point?

Consider inventory and try to find your way back to your band of berserkers. Continue in a good looking direction and look at the sky in an attempt to gauge weather.

"I might be lost. No matter."

(By the way, edit and amend turn post. I got lost apparently in the woods on the elder mountain.)

"The Rat" is not a nice-sounding guy...but he has skills we would find useful, Irlof trusts him, and we can't lose anything from a meeting. I say we do it.
yes we can lose something from meeting the guy personally
he can take the info that we're digging into this mess to the count, that info might be worth something and it will really hurt us.
Where did I say Stone was the one going to the meeting?

Yeah, that as never a thing.
