Have the lich do it's own thing with attacking the boss while I summon an ice elemental

[Turn 5: Your First Mission pt. 7]

Setting aside the idea of magic for the moment, Valeria unloaded the shotgun in Dan's direction, all directed towards the stomach and chest.

(1)(5+2=7) You aim your shotgun at Dan, who is still laughing, and you fire a shot at him with the shotgun (7-4=3) and is slightly grazing in the shoulder (-5)

Try to make a shadow spike wall one last time

(3) You manage to gather up enough power from the shadows to use the attack and (2) You are still unable to go through with it, the magick dissipates in your hand, draining the last magick point.

Dan Lets of fireball at Valaria (4-2=2) and manages to dodge the attack, causing dan to curse and fire off his gun (1)(1) Which jams.  Valaria takes advantage of the moment and fires off a round at Dan (4+2=6-1=5) Who manages to get off a shot aimed towards the gut.  It hits him straight and true, causing Dan to crumple to the ground, vomiting.(-10 | stunned for 1 turn)

Right then, I assume my kobold is off making cage traps somewhere off screen then?

Damn savages!  Threw mud at me when I suggested a god that would keep us alive! well, he's been doing plenty of other things from what I've seen.  Suppose it doesn't matter anyways, Rorarer is my chief deity anyways.  Well, guess all that's left is to finish up these cage traps for when the others go down into the caverns, oh they'll complain, but when it comes down to it, some cave creatures might be useful in a fight.

[Turn 4: Your First Mission pt. 6]

Make a wall of shadow spikes burst forth infront of me, and Valeria

(2) You fail to make the wall of spikes, wasting the magick you have. You continue to try, but all you can do is get behind some cover.

Valeria noticed the green fire and began preparing a counterspell; namely, she would attempt to crush his hand in a 'glove' of force, pulping it utterly and hopefully extinguishing the flames while she was at it.

(2) You cannot manage to gather enough force to snuff out the flames.  You do as Zack did and attempt to find cover, and quickly duck behind it, but it probably wouldn't do much.

Dan gets off a quick laugh, and attempts to throw the fire at Zack. (5-4=1) He manages to get the flame to do some minor damage to Zack, but it did not fully manage to break through the cover (-5 health) Dan cocks his pistol at Zack (1-4=-3) Zack ducks as he fires the shot, and then lets off a shot off himself, grazing Dans shoulder. Zack prepares another shot with his 10mm (1+1=2-2=0), however misses the shot.

Valeria fired another shot at the remaining guard's head, then scrambled for the fallen guard to take his armor, pistol, and ammo.

(4)(3 | 5 | 5 | 5) You begin to unload at the last thug with your shotgun, hoping to finish him off (5+2=7-1=6) Your first shot killed him instantly, and he dropped to the floor in a second.  You quickly go over the cover and grab his pistol, ammo, and his weapon.

Finish the living guard, and take his stuff.

Seeing that Valaria killed the guard you go over and loot his stuff as well, getting his pistol, ammo, and the armour.



Oh, and try not to forget to re-load your guns
