Send a Pm to Taricus, he was on the waiting list.

Now if only people would submit there character sheets. Amirite?  Actually once azthor submits his I might just start with 2 "vs" 2.. though that's not as fun as a possible Double Mexican stand off.

Well, you can always move the slow people to another place, create a new race for them and do a 2v2v2 game, even though that takes some more effort for you.

573
done.

Awesome, I am ready to party the world to submission.

574
Sorry, I did a minor mistake, replace writing with Husbandry plox. I want to be THE partyanimal, so I save the carousing.

I see you have added a few skills. What does "Carousing" mean exactially? Will we meet a lot of Npc?
And, what does Writ do?

Personality suggestions:
Manipulative
Despise nobles who have power only by birth and not merit.
Despise lazy unambitious people.
Like ambitious people who tries to improve their position, no matter social class.

Overarching ambition: Powerpowerpowerpower. He does not want to be king, but to install a king who is his puppet. He want to rule the land from the shadows, and reap the benefits.

One last question, is there any limits for how far you are allowed to build industries from your base?

Edit: Why are the players so slow on creating their characters?

580
Ahh, ok. For the white hexagons, how will the landscape creation work? Will the chances of it turning out like already known land (That is, stony) be high or low?

581
I have/had a plan for the metallurgy thing. So I might have it anyway, but how does Alchemy work?

582
If its okay with you, I think I am gonna redo my character to suit my playstyle better. (Its not like its any hurry, only 2 players have posted their characters)

Khalor the great

Might: 1
Charm: 4
Wisdom: 5

Battle:
Attack: 1
Defense: 2
Piercing: 3
Sundering: 3
Rending: 1

Diplomatic (+2 Charm |  -1 Might)
Orator (1 Influence gained a week.)
Skilled(+1 to each trained skill)
Coward:(-2 to outnumbered battles)

Skills:
Masonry 2
Alchemy 2
Survival 2
Tactics 2
Metallurgy 2

I am not sure about the battle stats.

I don't think you get how this game works. remember what a pop is.  Let me describe this again.

YOU and say 1-10 of your close friends, cousins, brothers, what have you.  Have a 56 percent chance of defeating a rabble of peasants, both of you unarmed.  The rabble of peasants has anywhere between 10-50 men in it, and that's if you go charging into them.  If they attack you, you have a 67% of defeating them.

So that's 1-12 men having the better odds in a battle against 10-50 (averagely 25) men.

I fully understand. And it is quite logical if our troops  bodyguard are unarmed (And you can actually make 25 peasants to attack un welltrained force)  What I am doubting is the balance of the game, since might is way underpowerd compared to wisedom and charm.

584
not anymore currently you attacking 1 group of pop normally would be this

You attacking:
1d10+6 vs 1d10+5
Them attacking:
1d10+7 vs 1d10+4

That's not considering weapons, armor, or tactics.  Tactics now effect any of your units attack rolls, including yourself.

Well, a 6% advantage and a 17% advantage is not that much compared to what you gain if you put the points in wisdom or charm. One way to fix this, at least somewhat would be to give Characters with a certain might starting weapons and armour. For example, give a Character with 3+ decent armor and weapon, and someone with 5+ good quality stuff.

585
It doesn't matter how strong you are, getting stabbed with claws after a bunch of people jump from the trees tends to kill you.

True, but that makes the game quite unbalanced.
