Add to that you have weight requirements on the amount of stuff you carry.
Plus if you use half of your clip and reload, you'll have a half-clip on you, which can be surprising if it turns up later.
Arma 4 is going to have a dedicated 'blow your nose' button, isn't it?

It can be tuned to different intensities but the higher the intensity, the narrower the area of effect.
