Werent you here for the attack by the giant cubes or whatever the fuck they were? The there was that one guy looking for the Stone or whatever it was. The cubes killed around 90,000 of the people in the city, and whatever his name was - we've taken to calling him the Tall Man - offed at least 5000. Far as we can tell we're the only ones left.

There's about 100 people left alive, with about 20 of them in need of medical attention. Unfortunately, that teleport interdiction effect is still up so there's no real way of getting them medical professionals.
