((You know, I can't remember if you actually stated it at any one point, but what sort of shape are we? Like, is my character just an oversized spider, or some kind of humanoid with spider propreties, or what? I'm kind of curious because you wrote both "fingers" and "back legs", and I can't really form a coherent mental image.))
I kind of imagine just a humanoid spider; upright, three sets of arms, one set of legs. I would assume we have fingers because otherwise we wouldn't be able to use guns.
Perhaps a spider shape, but with spiderish hands at the ends of each of the limbs?

This of course means barnacle people have hundreds of retractable fingers all over their bodies.

I'd like to nominate Roll to Create a Supersoldier by AoshimaMichio. It's a game with two sets of players - one of supergenius scientists hired by a stereotypical evil corporation to create supersoldiers, who do mad science and shit to create the ultimate soldier, and the other, the supersoldier volunteers, elite volunteers that are molded into transhuman monstrosities by their scientist bosses. They're then sent out to kill one another in brutal live-fire trials to see which design is the best.

Aoshima's done a fantastic job with this - the game has relatively short scope, intended to run for around a month or so, sets good goals for what it wants to achieve, fantastic detail, and it's got me more excited than many games have in a long while. It easily deserves a spot on this list.

Angry

"Wilde give me the egg right now"

Unless there are any more aberrations in reality making their way towards me (my current attitude towards them is summed up here), curl up into a ball and rest up a bit. Simmer my growing anger.

"Gah spatial anomalies fukkin inflexible mind anyway let's assess surroundings oh there he is."

Xankarvo walks over to the Most Beautiful.

"Greetings, Most Beautiful, if that is indeed a title of yours. My name is Xankarvo, and I would like to ask you some questions."

If he says yes, Xan continues. "I admit, I have many, but firstly, how did you construct this place? Was it through abilities you gained through the faith cycle?"

I seem to recall that in the Call of Cthulhu, it was written that mankind would become strange and alien compared to how it was then, and when the Great Old Ones awaken they would teach new ways for humanity to revel.

THE END TIMES ARE COMETH MY BRETHEREN!

In all seriousness, I'd play that.

I've skimmed the other soldier spoilers just to get a vague idea of what I'm fighting. Dunno the details or anything though.

"Fine, you did this to me you bear the consequences."

Clamber up onto the blacksmith's back and clamp my limbs onto his own. For instance, grab his hands from the back so I can crudely operate them, and approximate the same thing with my feet as best I can. He shall be my improvised puppet in the fact of what looks like this vaguely Nordic-themed extraterrestrial invasion.

Internally plot about stealing that sword to satisfy my budding kleptomania.

I like to think of Malal like Schrodinger's god. ...wrong phrase, actually. A monad god? Kinda. He only exists in times when chaos forces cooperate with each other. The greater the scale of cooperation, the more potent Malal's manifestation is, since he embodies the disunity of the chaos gods. When they cast that aside to go do something, it manifests in the form of Malal. So he's at his most powerful when Chaos is ascendant, yet his only goal is to destroy that unity and thus himself because that's what he embodies.
