Roll To Dodge / Re: Send in the Wizards [7/5?] On the Mortal shores
« on: September 28, 2016, 02:22:23 am »
Garalagrulon narrows his eyes. A restlessness that subtle was suspicious. Mayhaps a wizard not so attuned to the air currents would have missed it, but not one such as him. There was something likely behind this, whether an agent of the Enemy or something more benign, and he would find out what.
Hmmm...
Temporarily let go of my grip of the local weather patterns and keep my awareness on the restlessness. See if I can pin it down to any particular source.

Get along well with myself. Practice and stuff.
And yeah I'll be good to murder everything in sight.

Einsteinian Roulette / Re: Einsteinian Roulette: OOC and NEW PLAYER INFO
« on: September 27, 2016, 01:55:34 am »So in the game as it is now, would it be possible to have legs that are just long tapering spikes for ambulation and nothing else? You could also stab people with them.

I do agree it's from all appearances passed into the realm of vaporware, but I like to wistfully speculate about what could've been.

Be helpful in any way I can!
Heck, if Doc wants I can replace some of his lab assistants doing nonvital work seeing as I can work much more efficiently than they can. Do all the grunt work for them and stuff. Filing papers, moving stuff, etc. Trying to speed up development.

Get a ton of telescopes, binoculars, and body armor for central me too then. Make sure to practice with them so I'm adept with coordinating maneuvers and stuff.
Oh, also test out if VR-type gear that lets me see through a camera fully without any separation from a screen lets me teleport through placed cameras and such.
Like Oculus Rift-type stuff, though I know that's mostly amateur hour even for the Company, let alone the scientists.

"Just fucking fling me across, I'll live. Oh wait you're not strong like me. Never mind, I'll go across myself."
While I'm talking, try to snag that well containment thing he still has. If I succeed in that, fling it into the crowd on the other side, hopefully hard enough to break the container.

Complete side note, but you know how people always say Slaanesh isn't necessarily about sex but struggle to find examples?
I can help with that.

Practice doing complex maneuvers and stuff with my new teleportation powers. Practicing teleporting certain bits out of humans and stuff so I can do it easily in the future and such. Muscle memory for the mind, if that makes sense.
Also continue monitoring security. Make it very unfun for anyone trying to screw with Doc George's progress.

« on: September 23, 2016, 02:21:15 am »For the sake of Throwback Tfriday, there were in fact Chaos Orks in...second edition, I believe? Khornates. This was back when the Orks were all cockney and not 1/5th Old One heirs.I think those still happen? It's just that they're few and far between because once one of them starts yelling 'bludd fer da bludd god' the others all pile on him for not being orky enuff.

Trouble with Orks is that thanks to the Waaagh!!! field they can sense when something isn't orky and thus exterminate it. It's why Ork chaos cults aren't a thing either.
