Comprehensive doesn't exist for that quest. The dude created a whole system just for running the one thing. His attention to detail is absolute.

Are you serious? That is hilariously grimdark and just so40K that I wouldn't be surprised.

I think the official explanation is that it's some sort of stem cell treatment and infants are the subjects with the most of those but yeah it's basically nobles snorting ground-up babies to live longer.
