If I had linked tv tropes, you wouldn't have that post.
Nonsense: I spent the last few years developing a immunity to TV Tropes.
Share your secrets, oh wise one of the internets!

The only way out is trough
GO ALL IN AND CONSUME ALL THEE TROPES. Only then there will be peace.
Actually is one of the few things that works.  Once you read everything the urge still remains, but beacause you've already read everything there is nothing to read.
It's roughly analogous to getting rid of a cocaine addiction by sending Lil Wayne to use up all the drugs in your country.
...
That was an Onion article somewhere.

1) The reply wasn't really a jab at him, more or less me saying that I didn't really think the game itself had any real tear-jerk moments. He brought up the game, I stated my opinion on it to start a potential conversation.

2) Thanks for the clarification, so it was a good thing I wasn't even attempting to do that in the slightest.
Your phrasing implied it. Now, however, you have cleared it up and there is no risk he would have taken that the wrong way and been offended.

Aren't you glad?
Extremely so, I'd genuinely hate to hurt someone's feelings on the internet.
This looks volatile...
Notice B's avatar ;)
Ho ho historical context.

That's what I did.

((What about reversing it's direction with the vector function of the universal manipulator? Then the bullet will shoot the guy.))

Still, reading it for the first time it felt rather forced.

If we do, I'm eventually going to make Thale's life hell for money. In fact, I have a scheme.
Thales goes to a settlement and discredits the temples of other gods there until they're ready to kill him. I then go to them and offer to make his life hell for a certain amount of time for an exorbitant price, and then do it.

As of this moment, you are no longer able to completely immerse yourself into a book and the story thereof. You will now always stop and think about the author's intentions, choice of words, used metaphors and hidden meanings instead of being able to completely absorb the story. You will now have a few more reasons to think that books are good (but only the kind of books that you read in literature class) and you will have many more reasons to think that books are bad (all sorts of books).

You are now a literature expert. I am so, so sorry. :P
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGG
