The priests are very good judges of character thanks to their more esoteric abilities. The only problem is that multiple High Priests in the trial are jockeying for power and thus are likely to lie to suit their purposes.

The local priest, who is the head of the community, extensively questions the accused on whether they committed the crime. This is much the same, just on a bigger scale.

It will essentially be a congregation of high priests accusing you of crimes various in an attempt to get you blamed guilty. This will require exceptional finesse, which is why I need everyone who was involved in the fight to talk to me.
