A vegetative lifestyle (emphasis: 'abuse') does not equal health. Take care of yourself or you will be susceptible.  :'(
Actually, it's lack of sleep that did me in. I do sufficient excersise to have <<fabulous>> muscles.
I may be overstating a part of that.
