'twas a werebeast. They come in occasionally and attack everything. If they bite one of your dwarves, the dwarf turns into one of them.

Isaac abruptly cut off a conversation with me to hurry here. The only things that get him to do that are deliberately aggravating statements, of which I had used none, or some distress with his friends. What happened?
