Oh god this is about the dragon politics thing isn't it.
Truth be told I just can't muster the will to post for that. I dunno why. I can try to give you a personality thing to help you with appropriate actions, but otherwise I just can't.

Let's keep it IC for Xantalos.

Start a campaign of destruction. Kill every human in the country, as well as every dragon who disobeys.

Alkus would not do that. Doesn't have the power anyhow.

Have him look for the rebel group in his realm. I'm fairly certain there is one. The Anuir Recedation or some such.

He is doing that currently.

Again, nope. This is bereft of my character and is Alkus's.

Alkus is basically in the position to do whatever he wants regarding foreign policy, but has to negotiate with the ruling group for internal affairs. He sees himself as a reformer of sorts; Kymore is largely isolationist and he's determined to drag it out into the world, kicking and screaming if necessary. He's not cruel or anything, though, but charming, ambitious, and has a good sense of what people are thinking and how to manipulate them. He wants to eliminate the rebel groups because he fears they will pull Kymore back and doom it - and him - to obscurity. Kymore is a relatively happy place as it is, though.
He may or may not be attracted to the niece.
Probably is, at least superficially.
Looking for a competent apprentice that won't betray him, but still has enough spark to be innovative and good at their job(s).

You can begin it, but I can't possibly tell you at what time the opposing Prayer goes through and the actions. It may be too late at that point, but it might not. As soon as all posts are up, I'm going to roll the dice for prayer.

Literally rolling my d20 for these, since prayers are best handled personally as opposed to random.org.
