It was somewhere around 2 or 3 RL years back and it got fluffed over because it happened just before a mission, I think. It happened IC and all. I just remember it because it's funny and a reminder for me to determine the capabilities of my character.

There was a period of mutual WTFery after that. I don't think I ever got punished for that incident, actually.
