Hmm. To 4player or not?
Eh, I'm good either way.

Or that anyone who makes an actual effort to understand it will go mad.
So we need Xantalos, then? Unless he can be affected by it too...
Wait, Timecube?
I'll wait for you guys to figure it out. It's hilarious when you get it.

Notto agrees with the lodge suggestion, before noting the one's shivering.
Why are you shivering, fellow?

((I think the Divine One is some sort of super powerful Altered or something, which is why we're supporting them. We're only holding off the hordes long enough for the guy to get off his ass and crush the rebellion by breathing harshly.))

Move forward, have Wex clear a gap in our line, fire the Burst rune towards the enemy charge. Move back afterwards.

Suggestion: Destroy sections of the inner hold, reducing points of entry to a few narrow tunnels and/or bridges.

It doesn't matter if it takes a long time, that's our best hope for holding out rather than going down in a blaze of glory. We're a relatively small force with flamethrowers defending against an opfor with a substantial numerical advantage; chokepoints are divine right now.
Yes. Choke points good.

...Actually, I'm starting to feel hungry. Dammit derm kj...
DEAR GOD GAUNTLET
Grant all participants infinite quarters.

I look forward to seeing what Chinese puppet is brought forth to succeed the Dalai-Lama.
Totally legitimate, by the way. They absolutely have authority over a religion they're trying to suppress.

Y U TRUST ANY MAGE EVER?

Because mages typically aren't morons, they can be trusted to behave based on enlightened self-interest, rather than whatever random bullsh -- Oh look, a butterfly!

We're nigh useless in the physical department, more so now that we're crippled.  Our intelligence, sapience, and magic are what make us more useful than our weight in alchemical reagents.  A mage will know this, and is unlikely to throw away such a rare treasure.  We can get our freedom to think and act independently back in time, but not if we've been killed by some idiot bumpkin who sees us as nothing more than a fire-breathing, troublemaking lizard whose corpse will fetch an unusually high price in the right market.

The mage is unlikely to destroy us because we're more valuable to her alive and fully functioning.  She'll loosen the shackles in time to get more value out of us.  She can protect us.  We clearly can't protect ourself.
*halfhearted grumble people who make sense :P *
See, this I could get behind. For now; I'm already drawing up plans on how to kill her.

Speak to the Warboss and tell him to get a WAAAGH! going.
Recruit more Orks to the cause.

Just realized something.
Curse her with a horrible demise before our free will erodes.
Do exactly as she says.  Only go to her quite quickly, and get as close to her throat with you teeth as you can.  And cast an illusion, making you appear as if you haven't moved yet.  After all, that wasn't against her command.

Sadly, the bond appears to be one of: "You can't do anything unless I say it" rather than "You can do everything unless I say not to."

If the follower, walk in sight, then drop down and hold your breath. She'll get tired of ordering us to do every little thing.

((We should've burned that town when we could.))
+1 to Ebbor if killing her doesn't work.

Seriously though. Y U TRUST ANY MAGE EVER?

PTW, not sure what the point seems to be at present though.

Mostly to move the argument out of the "stupid things people say" thread.
THANK YOU

Niklas was a clever Viking. He saw what the tricky meat choppers were doing - they were clumped together for safety! Niklas couldn't begrudge them that.
Actually, that was a lie. He did, most heavily. Fortunately, he knew how to deal with this!

Niklas takes as much as he can carry and still move reasonably fast back to the ship, then comes back and takes similar sized loads until all of it is on the boat!

Then go get the medic mage to fix my broken neck. Actually, do that on the first trip.
