Not every single time, though. Some of their games are genuinely good, but then executive meddling.

So basically they had genuinely good games, and then executives meddled... and thus they underperformed.

I have researched ME/ME2/ME3 development to publishing process.
I got depressed and didn't want to play anymore.
So many cuts... so many ahem... corrections
Any specific links so I could get sad too?

I move for giving it an obsession with cake!

The man of near-Taft proportions sits back in his chair, causing it to whimper in agony.

Inaccurate Dialogue Options
I've been playing Mass Effect 1 and this annoys me to no end.  When the game gives you a choice of what to say, it doesn't tell you what you will say.  Rather, it gives you a few words that give a vague indication as to the tone of what you will say.  Often I will choose the option that just "No"  or something similar, and Shepherd will say something complete different that sort of means no!  It's difficult to actually talk when you only have a vague idea of what you will say.  This is so incredibly annoying, because it wouldn't be any harder to just have a menu with actual sentences instead of than a silly wheel with 3 words!
See Dragon Age. They meant what they said and said what they meant.
There were no elephants.

I'm tempted, but won't say what I'm thinking.

No, I was trying to shave you and the knife slipped.

Niklas leaves, muttering, Gorram guards. Can't do anything without my cleaver. Those knives were really good, too!

I don't count AlxCerish because incest that Al specifically said 'NO' to, and I don't think he has multiple personalities. If you could change that, however...

So, any speculation about what human response to Chosen One knowledge wil be?

Sources of inspiration include Robotech's Invid (Flowers of Life), WH40K's Tyranid (Castes and forms), Orson "Douchebag" Scott Card's Buggers (Psychic), Starcraft's Zerg (Caste and forms), Butcher's Vord (Caste and forms, again), Cameron's Xenomorphs/Aliens (horror), and Winston/Cameron's Yautja/Predators (tech).

I have yet to read Starship Troopers, surprisingly enough.
They're controlled by psychic brain bugs, have fleets of advanced spaceships and at least plasma tech, evolution abilities and to boot the novel came out in the 50s, so it predates anything else bar the original short story The Thing.

25228
Ross, question. Did you happen to take inspiration for the Kai from the Bugs from Starship Troopers (novel)?

25229
Wait, neon lighting what.

What exactly was this War of the Gods?

Well, not you, but I think rather Morgrod.
In that case, I believe I may have to disagree.
