« on: February 02, 2016, 01:41:09 pm »Makes sense, I'd had ... a banana that day until I made dinner, and I'd gone to karate and done an intense workout for effectively two and a half hours.Nah, nothing of that nature and it stopped mostly a few hours after I actually ate, which is a good thing. Still sometimes gets a bit shaky when I think of things and get uncharacteristically agitated as those things do.It could be a symptom of slightly low blood sugar, which can be aggravated by a combination of not having the best diet in tandem with stress or working hard, which would also explain why it went away after you ate something.
Good, my worries are mostly alleviated.
