Name: Xavanos
God of: The Void
Patron of: Anarchists. The soulless. Those who lack something and will do anything to get it back pray to the god of the void.
Animals: Anything that lurks in dark and deep places.
Sacrifices: The sacrifice must be cast into a void. Any kind will do.
Origin: Xavanos has always existed, even when it has not. It is the god of lacking presence, and thus has always been and will always be wherever there is space. And where there is not, it will be there too.
Avatar: Xavanos strides across the works wreathed in the exact opposite of a form - it is a space with a lack of anything, even space, within it that Xavanos manifests as.
God of: The Void

That said, Cthulhu wins by virtue of not only being unable to die, but having a daughter that will birth him again if he's ever killed.
682 might not be able to be killed, but ... actually, I've no idea, so here's something better:
