An entire branch of humanity with inborn immunity to Warp phenomena? With non-Warp based psy talents? They'd be on that like Matt Ward on Sisters of Battle snuff films.Unfortunately for the faction in question. Imagine a Jedi in 40k, especially a powerful one.

After which sedation and psi domination become the SOP until they figure out how to remote deactivate the things from a distance

I'd not say they'd completely stomp the 40k galaxy, though, far from it. No matter how good they are, the Imperium's just too big for a clan-based society to conquer.
Also, I'd think that in a one on one fight, Space Marines would win in a fight between them and a regular predator a la the movies simply because they're good. While predator can stealth kill the Marine, in close combat the marine generally wins.
Although I'm not sure against a military Pred.

Oh, one last thing about the predators: that battle armor they have? Apparently it can take a RAILGUN shot to the chest and still come out fine.
