The American stereotype for Canadians is that they apologise to Maple trees when they're making Syrup. To a culture that makes apologizing after getting in a fight with someone a personal choice, we basically see Canadians as perfectly harmless and obsessed with being polite.
They're in the perfect position to take us out. I guarantee that if the U.S. is taken over by a foreign nation, it will be Canada. Or Luxembourg.
