Counselling's going well! A lot of the stuff I talk about with the therapist is stuff I've already thought of, but it's good to go over it outside of my own mind and thus skewed perspective - already I'm seeing a lot of things I've missed in my own thinking sessions with myself. Hopefully I can improve now that I have a tangible goal to work towards.

Lacking anything else to do, go find my plant/focus my attentions on it if I have it with me. It was a minor narcotic when I last left it as I recall - focus on believing that it has healing properties.
