Spit in Tophat's face to blind him/her, then run up and knee him/her in the groin. Use the upward momentum to jumpclimb up his/her body and above his/her head then kick him in the head to KO.

I had to put down Pet Sematary and stop reading it about halfway through. Sweet mercy, a little something snapped inside me halfway through the book when it became obvious where everything was going to lead.
