Man, that's just unnecessarily cruel. I mean shit, if someone's going to go out and kill animals because they're a massive ... *checks forum guidelines, decides that particular insult might piss people off because ... something* dick, they should have the capacity to go do it with their own hands. Give them a quick death if nothing else, and be there to fully realize what they're doing.
Of course the optimal thing is not to decide to kill animals in the first place but still.

Basically if you had 15 in a stat you got a +1 to rolls with that stat.
If you had 10 instead you'd get a +1 two thirds of the time.
If you had 5 you'd get a +1 one third of the time.
If you had 10 instead you'd get a +1 two thirds of the time.
