Name, Migrant? Qinzy MarQai
Describe yourself, Migrant! Qinzy is afflicted with an odd genetic disease that makes him about the size of a six-year old with the stature of an adult, about 116 cm tall. He has a peculiar form of heterochemia, with a red left eye and a brown right eye. Qinzy was born into a bad part of whatever planet he was brought up on; one of those planets with nothing but city. His parents were bad folks, and about 8 years after he was born they were killed in a space-gang shootout. Qinzy, having nowhere else to go, dove into the secret back alleys and tunnels of the planet-city. Darkness was his friend; he learned to move silently and to scavenge for food. When he ran into other (humans?), it was with other tunnel rats like himself, and he quickly learned how to scrap; to fight dirty, biting, spitting, groinshots...all that jazz. This could not last, however, and at the tender age of 23, still a child in body and mind, he got caught sneaking into The Mistress' home. He was promptly caught in the act of pilfery by The Mistress, and instead of killing him as she could've done, she for some reason decided to take pity on the strange boy, and took him in. He was fed, watered and clothed for another 3 years, and Mistress taught him to read and write and basic machinery operation; all the things an average citizen knew. Qinzy could not escape his past forever, though, and one dark night some thugs came to Mistress' house and burned it down. Qinzy barely escaped. He tried to run from the scene, burned and coughing, but the crooks were long gone, and the authorities were quick to arrive. Finding no other suspects and wanting to get back to their space-donuts, they arrested him and sent him through InterGalactic Court without a lawyer (due to a filing error) and was promptly sentenced to Migration. Now at the age of 36, body of 6, he only hopes to survive to exact revenge.
What skills do you have, Migrant? Qinzy is a Scout, and he knows how to forage for food, fight extremely dirty, and Can survive without food or water for longer than most.
What did you bring on your journey, Migrant? Along with the standard gear, Qinzy brought a dagger of sturdy space-metal, an energy gun, four battery packs for said gun, several water purifying tablets along with a water purification straw, a durable spacetent that anchors to whatever surface it's on, and a large amount of food dehydrated down to crumbs; ie one space sandwich = one crumb. And enough water for 3 days.He carries this stuff in a space-backpack.
