... So... I just realized we have an interesting quandry here.

The Lichette's weakness is teamwork.
She has teammates.
So... Technically... Joining her team would weaken her. Especially if I was constantly attempting to aid her rolls.

I must ponder this. By which I mean wait for Spinal Taper to say something about it.

Is anything in this game concrete? Also, it was the Lichs weakness. Lichette behaves and is, very different from her source. Like the lich bit that broke off earlier.

Not to poke a hole in your plan (actually, I intend to), but causing me to take away my +2 and give it back to myself would only give me back my +2, or possibly end up with me having +4.
