Can you explain that one for me, LW? I've been trying to find it but I can't.

Alaric is in self control class, being bored as hell. Wondering what the heck was with the dragon girl also."Er, what did you pick this class for? If you don't mind me asking."
Yep, it's very much a situation of learning how to control his bullshit. Fortunately for metabalance, that'll take so long to get to the higher levels of stuff that game balance will be preserved. For the forseeable future Darren's pretty helpless against any illusions, at least until he learns to better control himself as part of his magic lessons.
Doesn't he have Manipulation of Destruction?
Damn, once he gits gud at using it there's very little he can't formulate a response to.
From shitting all over everyone with a no limits fallacy überpower that can't be stopped by anything and fighting it just fuels it more? There's always justification. He can't handle the level of power that would imply without sufficient spiritual purification. He just needs to be older to channel that much. That much emotion overloads his aura and causes him to shut down for a while. Something like that.Ultimately, keeping things balanced so that one player can't shit all over everyone else with a no-limits-fallacy überpower that can't be stopped by anything is more important than portraying things absolutely accurately.Yeah, but what stops Kiri?
I came to this opinion because I've tried the above before and it just leads to a bunch of 'nuh uh you can't do that' and 'yuh huh I can' back and forth in the OOC thread for a billion pages.'
