Well, you're a dude named Stanley in a boring office job. One day Stanley gets the chance to go on an adventure where he can make his very own choices!
Or can he?

"Out of the way!" Jesse roars as she just starts running towards the nearest wall. As her fist rears back in preparation to smash into it, green spirals begin streaming out from her arm. A larger, teal spiral covering her whole arm seems to rein in the smaller ones, focusing them around her fist, before they begin spinning fast enough to stop being visibly spirals; simply streams of color surrounding her arm as she hits the wall, strength increased a hundred-fold.

SPIRIT BREAK: STRENGTH! TOTAL STRENGTH: 67

Her fist impacts the wall with a resounding bang, punching straight through the wall and causing cracks to ripple vigorously out through the wall, compounding on themselves to the extent that a much larger section of the wall collapses into dust. By the end of it a section of wall several times the size of Jesse herself is missing.

I like that! I like it a lot!

Should we have the Tömas fusion thing being as Tömas directs the spiral energy he's providing? It can be handwaved if I'm not around as him being in sync with the other person's thoughts and doing what they want.
Even like that way.
Just to make sure I don't lose all agency while possessing someone.

He then expands into a glowing teal mist still shaped like his bodily form and slowly drifts over to Jesse, losing whatever semblance of humanity form he has. By the time he hovers near her face he's a blue tendril of smoke. Assuming she doesn't resist, he drifts inside her mouth and nose, spreading out throughout her entire body from there, permeating her very cells with his energy, fusing with her. As the process completes he might even be able to be faintly seen overlaying Jesse - he'd be doing whatever her body did, since she's the one in control. Her voice might be a bit echoey.

((Is that amount of detail good, or should I have stopped and such beforehand? Anyhow, if it's acceptable Jesse probably feels energized as fuck right now since she basically got injected with pure spiral energy, so ... feel free to describe that however you'd like ))
