if that doesnt work, ask xan if i can stab him in the chin with them to try and give him mutant powers.

Now that they've lost Kore for now, yeah the comic's lighter.
In fact it wasn't dark for very long number of strips wise, it was just that the update speed slowed down due to Thunt's personal troubles and so it seemed like it was all dark for all time.
Whenever Kore appears he makes the entire strip's mood go down into the dirt, though, and justifiably - he's a very good villain for the piece.

Not always, but he did be kinda human for a while so I assume he knows how to do it - even if his brain was in his chest, leg, arm, or colon depending on when it was.

I did so many push-ups today that I developed cuts under my arms where my gi was rubbing against my flesh.

Yeah, about the most adult thing I remember happening in 40k lore was when the Emperor's Children fucked around on the Seige of Terra by going out and grinding/raping/both giant piles of civilians into drugs to injest.
