Those sneaky orks don't belong to the warboss - they belong to the newcomers. We'll kill the warboss and then we'll go to the meeting. Seriously, though, we can't just let our cowardly warboss keep leading us can we? We beat 3 nobs at once and we killed all the humans with lasguns while he just stayed hidden in the village and didn't even kill anything. Letting the coward live is just plain unorky.
But how has he survived so long? Other Orks must have tried to beat him before.
No Ork was big and strong enough to beat him, sure, but he's boss of a tribe on a Feral world that's essentially doing jack and shit. If he were an Ork worthy of following he'd be out conquering but he isn't. Therefore we supplant him because by my estimation we're stronger and the ultimate rule of Ork society is that might makes right.

Hmm.
The Blood Axes seem like they're gonna either try to screw up the operations of the humans here or to soften it up in preparation for a WAAAGH!.
...
Hmm. I think we should go for it. Best shot we're going to get before we get absorbed into the greater warband of the Blood Axes, and if we get that snazzy hat and cape we can likely beat him - with some luck, of course.
...
That said, I wonder what clan we are. Ork Clans aren't cultural subgroups so much as genetic variations of Ork - Blood Axes are all naturally more sneaky and flexible with tactics than other Orks, Bad Moon's teef literally grow faster than other Orks', etc.

Put on the Commissar's hat, cape, and pick up/holster his flash shoota. Then face the Warboss.

Ey boss! Me and Gitsmasha done krumped dem humies like you wanted!
...
Er, boss, 'owd you get here so quik? And wif no blood on ya?

From there, escalate into how the Boss is too cowardly to fight and challenge him to a scrap right then and there, Ork to Ork.

Well, he only said not to bring No-One, didn't he?
Hide the Rozaryuz on our person, like beneath a shoulder pad, then go to the meeting spot.
We don't want anyone trying to steal our shoota deflecta' just yet, right?
Ey boss! Me and Gitsmasha done krumped dem humies like you wanted!
...
Er, boss, 'owd you get here so quik? And wif no blood on ya?

Actually, hide the Rozaryuz, then do this.
+1

Alan offers the chocolate bar to Nikolai.

Hey guy, want a candy? I dunno why I'm not doing this powers thing right, but I can get other candy bits.

Eat it if he refuses.

Now c'mon, my squeals will only sound like 78 percent pig, put my leg back already.

Replace Wall of Enchanted Traffic Lights with Banish Traffic Light.

Banish the wall preventing me from getting to the rest of the floor, then eat yet another donut. Focus on my destructive urges, if that helps at all.

The Age of Apostasy was something different, I think. When Goge Vandire seized control of a lot of the offices of the High Lords of Terra and had massive purges across the Imperium for little to no reason.

EDIT: Also who the heck rebels against the empire? What real humans rebel against the only thing standing in the way of Demons, Aleins, Orks, Eldar, Tau authoritarianism, and Bugs (thar something was their name)?
The Imperium may ensure humanity's survival, but it can be a really a shitty place to the people within it. Also the Tau treat the humans that go to them way better than any but the best of the Imperium's planets.

Eldar are millennium more advanced, have more knowledge of the Warp, and evolved. I was talking about the regular human psyker.
More importantly, they were literally engineered to be a psyker race by the Old Ones. Humans just came out of evolution, which has gone okay for them.
Quote
Sanctioned Psyker: Your psychic powers became evident at a young age, and the Inquisition took you to Holy Terra for your Rite of Sanctioning. You became an official Imperial Psyker, and you continued your training for many years, serving wherever the Empire needed you the most. Eventually, you were noticed by Lord Cornellius, and after serving as an acolyte and interrogator, you eventually became an Inquisitor.
A Psyker as an Inquisitor? ... ... Is that even a thing?

Name: Gwydion Llane
Gender: Male
Ordo: Ordo Xenos
World of Origin: High-born
Training: Sanctioned Psyker

Background: As firstborn son of the Llane family and heir to their extravagantly wealthy shipping and transportation enterprise on Oneiros V, Gwydion learned from a very young age how to navigate the battlefields of social gatherings and cruise liners as smoothly as a Kriegan with a lasgun facing down a cadre of Howling Banshees. However, though everyone expected great things of him, no one saw it coming when Gwydion revealed himself as a Psyker by inadvertently setting afire half of a ceremonial banquet table. In hindsight, they really shouldn't have insisted he try the shrimp.

"Psyker!" they'd screamed. "Monster!" cried still more. Before the growing mob of courtiers and politicians could hurt him in their terror, however, they were stalled by another voice above all:  The unchallengeable word of an Inquisitor, who had just so happened to be present while searching for potential Genestealer cults. Where the masses were blinded by fear, Gwydion's patron saw potential. He was taken for Psyker training at Holy Terra itself, and eventually emerged with their sanction -- the sanction to bring the Emperor's will upon all those who dare to resist.

With his legacy of higher birth, sharp wits, experience in dealing with the political machinations that run rampant throughout the Imperium, and recently-mastered control over the protean powers of the Warp, it didn't take long for the Inquisition to take a much greater interest in him. Now assigned to the Ordo Xenos and deployed to the Corvus sub-sector under the patronage of Lord Cornellius, Inquisitor Gwydion Llane stands ready to make his mark in a universe ravaged by war, and bring the Emperor's light to all Xenos who profane the purity of mankind with their presence.
That said, +1 to this guy.

Only way to do that is by killing the Boss and becoming the new boss, since the boss is the biggest.

5039
Eeeeh, it'll still be hard as hell to kill him - we barely survived killing the Nobs, and this guy didn't become the Boss for no reason - he is the biggest and strongest of all of us.
We have a chance, though.

5040
We're not a job, we're an oddboy.

You're a nob too, after defeating three nobs on your own.
This, by the way, is some Ghazkull level shit that we should really capitalize on if we survive this.
