Yeah, KND from Cartoon Network. The terrorist group in the movie is basically 'adults vs kids', only they're Japanese Al-Qaeda.
How the hell was the original banned in the US but this one wasnt?

No, but he did demand that the other side in the debate produce a starving orphan in order to provide 'proof' that people in impoverished countries are starving.
