agree with Hapah on ranks.While I do agree that it'd probably end up as a clusterfuck of the resident Hammerer trying to pulp people for 'disobeying a military superior', there is demonstrable reason to label people as hazardous to their teammates, either through consistent incompetence or just well ... me-ness.
and i'm completely against categorising players as "risks" in any shape or form.
