THE appears at the entrance to the school, having been transported there by some means. Magical school stuff. He floats into the entranceway and begins looking around for instructors of some sort, calling out Hello? periodically.

Focusing on the racial aspect is missing the forest for the trees. Racism may have been the cause, but it doesn't matter because even if it wasn't racial it's still completely insane.This guy. Even if the killing wasn't racially motivated, I'm not really reassured by the thought of police going around indiscriminately killing people.
