Read the first few posts and got thoroughly disappointed in people.
Am I understanding correctly that A kind of went: "I think this Phantom should be removed... (Later On)(This would be capslock, but I don't like actually using caps.) What you guys are still talking to Phantom?!?! Your lives are my business now and I'm upset that you're still trying to keep in contact with someone I have a problem with! Your life is mine, and you're doing it wrong, so I'm leaving! ANGER/RAGE/generally being a sissybitch!"?
Just wondering whether I'm actually interpreting this right. If I'm wrong, please say something.

Even though I never participated in it, I must vote for Shoruke for the Western Marches- an epic open game that lasted 2 years. Did I mention that it was his first time GMing?

I intend to make a Kool-Aid Man megabeast whenever [BUILDINGDESTROYER:3] becomes a valid creature token. All I need is a way for it to shout 'OH YEAH!!' in fort mode as it bursts through the outer walls.

While adding wall-breakers would certainly be more realistic, it would be a great disappointment to add them without also doing each of the following:
1) Adding strength/hardness ratings for all of the possible materials. Granite > Pine > Chalk, for obvious reasons.
2) Allowing natural & smoothed walls (not just constructed walls) to be destroyed as well.
3) Allowing certain creatures to destroy upwards and/or downwards, as applicable. A battering ram can only work horizontally, but a giant mole can dig in any direction.
4) Granting limited wall-(and floor-)destruction capabilities to creatures that are already in the game. Sorry, that 1-tile wall of sand is NOT going to keep out those goblins armed with metal axes.

I think 2) and 3) Are in there on the to-do list (Planned for the same release)

For 1) and 4) I think you have incredibly high hopes- I couldn't see adding breakability ratings for things when we have a full combat  system right now, but you can't break anything (Or maybe Toady will add in breaking weapons and such when he's working on breaking walls, idk).

Also on 2/3, I do believe those are more thought of as digging, as opposed to destroying (Seeing as DF/climbing in DF do distinguish between smoothed natural stone and built walls.)- but still planned for different things- A battering ram can break down a wall, but won't do anything to a mountainside (Esp. when a tile is said to be either 1 or 3 meters wide-don't remember right now, but I know it was determined for minecart stuffs)

Suddenly every fort is nothing more than a hatch randomly located in the wilderness somewhere.

Trader one: "Dude, dwarves?  Here?  There's nothing but unbroken grassland!"
Trader two (poking around with a wooden stick): "Trust me, they're here... just gotta find the... " *THUNK* "...door!"

Trader two lifts an old weathered hatch up and a set of stairs is seen.

Trader one: "What the hellll...?"
Nah, this couldn't be! Building destroyers can break down hatches from above... You need to construct the whole thing as a floating fortress, with a single UPWARD hatch to get in. (They can't affect tiles on different z-levels)

You also have to remove gravity for this to work...

Or just use (2+ tile wide) Lava moats.. 2 tiles to avoid jumpers.. lava to avoid those pesky amphibious mounts. Make sure to have Adamantine minecarts skimming across the surface at supersonic velocity as well... and make sure they are the modded minecarts with a slashing attack.

go here. Add things in until you get 36 at the bottom.

From then, add +2/+2/+2/+6/+4/+16 (Str, Dex, Con, Int, Wis, Cha)

From there, add the 0/+2/0/+2/+2/+4 (again; Str, Dex, Con, Int, Wis, Cha)

This will give you your final stats.
EDIT: The max you can buy to is 18 (Calculator won't go higher)

With a brief look, I'd say that your stats are too... even.13/13/13/16/14/26? Choose what your class is, because you won't need 16 int and 14 wis and 26 cha.
Any casting class will only really need one of these, and very few classes use more than one (Maybe paladin, haven't checked)

Also, any fighting class won't need the mental attributes (Except maybe for will throws)... And a casting class won't need physical attributes (Unless you're going muscle sorcerer, but that works better on a different race.).. Well, Dex and Con help a little, but strength is nigh useless.
Also, make your stats end on an even number- 13's are just as good as 12's, and take up an extra point (Ok, with your current stats, I think you have to end one on an odd number, but still... Make it even- it helps the powergamey.)

If you want some good example stats for a caster, look at any of the magey looking peeps on the front page. If you're looking for good stats for a melee character, look here (take note that this is for a knight, so he gets extra bonuses for high CHA. If he were a fighter, he would have 8 charisma.)

L.A. is short for level advancement, a system to balance higher power races.

Do note that with this, you somehow need to come up with +4 LA, through a single template or using a +LA race.

Or he could take my method, and make a large creature that literally uses siege weaponry as a weapon. I think there are rules for cannons as siege equipment somewhere...
