Crouching Snake ninja-crouches his way to the Thetown town zoo reptile house! He'd buy a net first, but ninjas don't need nets! He will dazzle the snake by jumping!

Snakes are impressed by jumping, right?

On the way, he contemplates the reason for the town of Thetown's glaringly generic name.

Younger... daughter? Sister? Puppy? Wife?
All of the above?

Girl at work received mystery flowers (delivered to work, with no name or card) the other day. She's quite upset by this, and thinks that I sent them.
Send chocolates to apologize?
Don't... uh... don't do this. This might be a very bad idea.

Unless by "upset" you mean "my total love-slave, fulfilling my every whim and fancy while repeatedly complimenting my attractive features", she may have a rather negative response to this kinda stuff.

Crouching Snake ninja-jumps his way to his ninja-master to ask for a ninja-mission (ninjsion?), while continuing to ignore those wild and un-ninja-like gesticulations!

I'm probably going to suck at this, for the record, since I wasn't alive during the eighties. >.>
Yeah, me zwei. I can channel the spirit of my dad though.

Wait, he's still alive, that doesn't work...

Friend was going to die, but managed to have the infection killed and he's good now.
That's... a pretty good reason to be happy.

Damnit, why are you so good at happy?!

Oh, shit. I gotta jump flying ninja kick in on this.

Character sheet will go here.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Here y'go. I'm thinking this might be... interesting. I guess that'll depend on how useful running is, but I'm hoping to do some serious ninja parkour.

An image would help if you really care
This is one of those times where people pretend to give you an option, but will take your own sword, polish it up real shiny, and shove it up your ass sideways if you say "no".
I admit, my curiosity has been aroused.  :P
That's probably the first time I've aroused anything.

I think the flip side that people tend to forget is that this sort of hate-filled vitriol is actually a sign of progress. Nobody tries to hold back progress that doesn't exist- that sort of hatemongering only takes place when it's a reaction to something. If "everyone knew" that transsexuals were Bad, or "everyone knew" they didn't exist, he'd feel no need to make such statements.
I'm not so sure that makes sense. Our reaction, and the fact that our reaction is a common reaction to his statements, is a sign of progress. Hate is never a sign of progress. Even when pretty much everyone "knew" slavery based on race or status --or, hell, any slavery-- was justifiable, slaveowners didn't really hesitate to lord that over their "property". Even back in "ye olde dayes", when everyone knew being homosexual was a crime, homosexuals were still prosecuted.

Really, what you're saying sounds really nice --and I'm glad you're trying to be positive-- but it's those kinds of thoughts that create complacency in the face of serious issues. It's what led to the Supreme Court's decision with the Voting Rights Act, too.

A while ago --and in the heads of a few individuals-- homosexuality was believed to be a choice. People thought it was sin, primarily because they believed homosexuals didn't actually need to love their own sex.
Then, it was believed to be a mental illness. Something that could be cured, with therapy.

I think transexuality is going through some of that. It's different from homosexuality, but they're similar in the ways they both challenge traditional sexuality in a rather extreme way.

Well at least one point of your rage can be cured :P
Oh, now it's an odd number! Argh.
Wait, I can fix that.
...
Ah, that feels better.

This man is a horrible, horrible person. Makes me sad he's in the same country as me.
I'm not much for anger, but it's pretty fucking sad he got elected.

Right, so, my mouth is bleeding. I just got cut by garlic bread. Fucking garlic bread.

Weird thing is, it doesn't even hurt, at all. It's just irritating me, the flap of skin getting in the way of my tongue and my teeth. I dunno if maybe the skin there isn't too sensitive or if I've gotten so used to the prospect of my mouth hurting, but I don't feel anything but annoyance for this.

Well, annoyance and RRAAAAGGGGEEE.

Also, it's really starting to bug me that there are four of every letter in the thread title, except for the "R".
