You decide to make a fire. Fire is good, fire helps you to stay warm and you can cook the meat with it.
So you search for dry wigs, some rotten wood and treebark. This should be doable. You would also search for this mushroom, that is used for tinder. But you can't figure out anything of this unfamiliar fauna. So, you stick to wood.

After a exhausting, eventless search, you got some decent wood supply and managed to start a small fire at the stream and the corpse.


You see : Stream, butchered corpse (middle, bad quality), oily furry skin (middle, bad quality), small fire, rotten wood

You try to butcher the corpse like a pro with the sharp part of your spear.
You fail miserable. Not only, that the sharp scrap is unhandly and bad for the job and you cut your fingers with it, your also have absolutly no experience with butchering!
Shit! Anyway, you somehow managed to get the skin and the meat separated and the skin cleaned. It was incredibly messy and your work looks also messy.
You sniff.

You lie dead still and try to breathe small as possible. The creature now start to lick your body suit. It has a long, thick and lightly thorny tongue, but it doesn't hurt you or destroy your suit. But it tickles. Shit.

You gasp and the creature flicks with his big, rounds eyes. Oh shit, oh shit, oh shit!
But then, it returns to sittting and sniffing at you. It looks like a giant, feline creature, with 6 legs and large, slug-like eyes. It has a mouth full of sharp teeth. They rotate a little bit. It has green-brown fur, which is thick and oily.
You could try and stab it in the head to destroy its brain. Maybe this is an instant-kill. At the moment, this sick, disgusting, horribly and deadly monster is off-guard. You think.
