I guess I dunno what else the AI is facing, but Hornstein apparently having all these brigades in reserve, but only deploying them when the front started to look even a little dicey is certainly a choice. Why not push them forward sooner and actually take the offensive? I suppose the alternative is that they're raising a full medium armor brigade every turn now which

Also new patch. Nothing that should affect things, though there are fixes from bugs reported by two players in this game included.

Can you recall if you've done something differently this time around? If there was something you suspect you might have done to cause the crashes?

Only thought is that I saved in the middle of the turn the first time.

EDIT: Yeah, no good. Crash during end of turn processing. I'll try emailing Vic. Willing to pass the autosave to IP if you want to try it yourself- doubt I'd be revealing any more intel than is in the reports already.

Panzerstein has been pretty static the last few turns, however if I leave any gaps in the line they'll rush through and cut off my roads, (I swear my units never have that many movement points) which is an annoying tactic, but usually just results in that unit dying. I've also been blowing up a lot of tanks by air. IDK why they think it's a good idea to spend all of their industry on a single tank corps, and then not defend it at all.

Hornstein also declared war on me but hasn't moved any additional assets into the theater, or really attempted an offensive.

Aw, you bunch of sweet-talkers. Can't a guy do a little innocent sandbagging around here?

Also, is the cross-fertilization linear tech supposed to be so expensive? My cost of 1% research is over 200 BP and I have less than 10 points researched.
