do note that Buffalo diseases wouldn't have helped much in being resistant to European diseases. the main effect would be a plague hitting the rest of the world. also their are good reasons many animals aren't domesticated. you cant just take any animal and domesticate it. only ones with certain mentalities and instincts will work. if it was possible and useful it was done already, excluding modern efforts aided by fancy new methods.

also please note the primitive->civilized model was thrown out more than a hundred years ago so don't use it. anthropology is really complex now.

I don't get it. It's a white stealth bomber. What's so special about that?

I think what Sergarr meant was "stealth technology (as in radar-absorbing materials and angled surfaces)". An idiot would claim that a black stealth bomber is stealthy because it's harder to see in the night sky, but a white stealth bomber that's still sneaky would disprove that hypothesis.
While this is a good version, what I've actually meant, if you look at the picture's file name, you can see that it's a mock-up of PAK-DA, i.e. Russian super-bomber in development. And it is made for stealth. There has been this persistent conspiracy theory in Russia that stealth doesn't work against long wavelength radars or some shit and is thus completely useless, but, well, if Russia itself is building stealth bombers, this disproves said conspiracy theory.
that's exactly what they want you to think!

the gendering is definitely the hardest part for me in German. then theirs the million different versions of "the" and "a" and the associated ending changes on words. the rearranging of sentence order is also confusing as hell. at least pronunciation and spelling is easier then in English, I'm a native speaker of English and even i have no idea how to spell or pronounce many words.

Unpopular/controversial opinion: White supremacists are genetically predisposed to being less intelligent and have a higher occurrence of obesity.
what way would the correlation go?

I think the only thing people know about Nubia is  the word Nubian... which is typically said to mean "Black and beautiful"
i think the only other thing besides Egypt to be mentioned in high school was Mali.

1222
Sorry... Let me also eliminate Egypt (Especially since most people don't know where it is)... If only because that is the ONLY thing people would know.

Babylon? Sure! If they know anything factual about it... and not another reference to the Tower :P

Yes I am moving Goalposts! but you know what I mean. I am not trying to create an unfair challenge I am trying to demonstrate how scant African history is... but apparently Egypt is the token African country xD
you mean most people don't know about ancient Nubia? shocking!

3 out of the 5 history classes I took in middle and high school were explicitly American history classes. I don't think I had to analyze a primary source in any of them until my 11th grade American history class (at which point we read the autobiography of Frederick Douglass, which was really good, if I might so add.)

My biggest issue was that they were really poorly structured. In the two-year world history class I took, we spent just as much (maybe more) time covering the Neolithic Revolution as we did the entire Middle Ages.
out of interest what exactly did you learn about the neolithic revolution?

Found an piece written by a republican governor: https://www.nytimes.com/2017/03/03/opinion/against-protests-republicans-must-stand-strong.html?_r=0

I can see the disaster creeping up on them.

from what i remember of history class in high school we covered a bunch of stuff on American history then moved on to pretty basic overviews of a variety of ancient civilizations around the world especially china. i do also distinctly recall badly failing a geography test in middle school where i had to name all the countries on a map. now days i would ace such a thing super fast. frankly i don't remember much but then again i have overwritten it with years of college level history, thousands of hours of history podcasts and paradox games. I'm more of a ancient history person though and my knowledge gets fuzzy around the industrial revolution for non large events. pretty much non of my knowledge came from normal school history class.

hundred year old color video, really weird feeling to watch it, they all have no idea whats coming. also that weird feeling when i realize i can read all the German comments and understand what they are saying.
It was a little hard to watch the really small kids and think that they'd all be in their late teens and early twenties in 1914.
they had some sweet mini cars though. good while it lasted i guess.

What's the actual benefit to eating sapients anyway, besides horrifying other civilizations?
Game mechanics don't let you make a planet of non-sentient livestock. Because somehow farms aren't the same thing.
i think you can either process all immediately for a lot of food or keep them around as the equivalent of a farm.
