JA3 is still being developed? It really just depends on which ja3 you are talking about
Last I heard Akella had the ball, but delayed it. We are looking at next year or so... and, I am pretty sure it was Akella's JA3 that was gonna be done with the Silent Storm engine... I may be wrong though- can't check their website due to web filter.
4 maps? even battlefield heroes has 4 maps and its free! Sounds like they just pasted fancy graphics on to bf-heroes and tried to sell it.
Actually, they pasted 1942 maps onto the Bad Company engine
On the plus side, it's only $15.
Giving EA money will turn out to be more costly than you might originally imagine...

Ubisoft seems to be trying it's damnedest to become EA, except that they seem to have forgotten to do the part where they buy out and dismantle every good developer they can get their hands on... So at least there's that.
Makes me sad, because I really liked BGaE, but the way things are going, the sequel is likely to turn out as a half assed sci fi PoP clone.
oh THATS the key difference. shoot, all this time i thought it was depth of gameplay. Diablo is alot closer to Rogue, but without "hunger".
anyway, i cant even get this thing to run, though it claims to be vista compatible. i guess i'll try it on my desktop at home later, it looks like it has promise.
"Kill the zombies using limited resources" seems almost more like a puzzle game.
Read World War Z. Not only is an awesome zombie story, it is written with consideration of almost every aspect from combat, to politics, to emotional survival.Yah, World War Z as well as it's progenitor, the Zombie Survival Guide by the same author. It deals with stuff really in-depth
Sounds like an alright game but what kind of things would the zombies be able to do? I ask this since if you have a group of mercenaries all with guns, how are the zombies going to be able to have a chance to reach/kill your guys if they have no way to attack you from far away and/or are very slow moving?
I bet you could use the UFO 2000 code as a base to build on, I think.
Whaaaat, how do you make an MMO out of HOMM D:
