Is it just me, or is it not as much absolute suicide to have engagements that last more than one turn in XCOM2? I remember in EU that if you didn't kill everything before it could fire back you were probably going to get fucked somehow, but here I'm feeling that's less the case. I'm not really sure what mechanic it is that does it though.

Well the better solution would probably be just... selling it for less money.

Hasn't that always been the case? I mean he had a boyfriend and then a girlfriend so it's hardly a stretch.

AS- "There are only really two other places it could be Jordan, closer to the sun where the atmosphere would just bake or further away from the sun where the atmosphere will disipate. So *pppheew* which.. which one should.. should we choose?"
So much giggle cringe.
I think I need an IV drip or else I might genuinely die from sympathetic shame.

Some games using graphics as a crutch have aged better than others though. The first time I played Wolfenstein 3d, about a year ago, I got bored with it in about an hour. The first time I played Half-Life 2 on the other hand, about 2-4 years ago, bored and disappointed me from the very beginning to the very end.
At least it's better than games where the cutting-edge graphics are their only selling point so if you buy them more than half a year after they first came out the graphics are outdated and you get really disappointed and wonder why the fuck everyone keeps raving about them and/or pestering valve to make a sequel

I can't play XCOM 2 ever because I've just experienced a lethal failure of my misery-one-upmanship gland! Hnnnng!

Well, I won't be able to play it until ten at night half an hour before I go to bed, ate a lum...
Wait no.

I still don't get how you could damage clothes trying to repair them at all. At worst I can imagine you just waste a bunch of fabric/thread by doing something that doesn't actually hold together.

Basically the stuff anyone worthwhile does.
I don't agree with that.

It's hyperbole for comic effect. I suppose more accurate would be, "stuff anyone crucial for the running of society through a specialist role does".
