They don't tolerate feminism?
I would be surprised for a University to be anything but absolutely cucked by feminism.

Oh, are you allowed to post in this thread when not drunk? In that case, does anyone have any suggestions of what to buy with my recently-acquired freedom? In general I'm a fan of spirits, but not vodka.

I'm reasonably convinced that I just whiffed a phone interview because I asked how much the position paid. Didn't even get a figure for my trouble.
Nah man, shows you've got responsibilities.
Most jobs I've applied for are happy to fill you in.
Nope.

That's one bit of advice I gleaned from someone who's been in HR for the better part of 25 years, up to responsibility for a third of a major retailer's locations in the U.S.: don't do that. Never ask about the pay. They'll usually tell you at some point in the process anyways, and it's not looked upon favorably.
If you ask that implies you actually want money for your work. How can you expect a business to run if it's having to give people money constantly?

Did you read the article?

That's, apparently, the illegal thing.
Yes I read the article. The only thing I could take away from that phrase is that the people who made the video got in trouble for trying to solicit the sale of organs from the doctors. But you seem to think it's something else entirely without explaining what that is.

So what does “prohibition of the purchase and sale of human organs.” mean?

An investigation into Planned Parenthood took a bizarre twist on Monday after a grand jury brought charges against the pair of individuals claiming to expose the group instead.

A grand jury in Houston, Texas announced criminal charges against a pair of anti-abortion activists, David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt, for their roles in creating now-viral videos attacking Planned Parenthood, according to multiple local reports.

The jurors had spent two months reviewing undercover footage produced by Daleiden’s group, the Center for Medical Progress, at the request of Texas Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick (R).

There are more details and I'd have pasted more but the tab just closed on me. Phone probably ran out of memory to hold all the advertisements on the page or something.  ::)
So if I got it right, the court didn't find that the clinics were doing anything wrong, but the people who made the video got in trouble for trying to buy illegal goods?

So XCOM 2 preorders are 27% (what the fuck kind of discount is that) off on GMG. I'm pretty sure that being cheaper satisfies the "you actually get a benefit for preordering" clause in situations where preordering a digital produce is acceptable.

But yes, I would never want to go back to GCSE English Lit. Fuck that noise.

Does anyone know some decent ways to lose nightmares? It's consistently the menace that holds me back because there's so little you can do about it.

Oh yeah how convenient, everything just ends up being falsely attributed to mainiac ::) What kind of morons do you take us for that we wouldn't notice a cover-up like that.

This is the kind of thing that fuels the anti-Early-Access fires. It's... kind of shit. As in I wouldn't pay anything for it. It's good for maybe a few minutes of playing around and then you're done.
Sorry, just to be clear: it's shit because of the lack of stuff to do, or does it have other issues? (Even if it's the former I'm obviously not going to shell out money for it yet.)
Lack of stuff is all really. The mechanics that are set down are solid at what they do (which is quite limited, but hey), it just isn't £15 worth of content.

I don't really care about UFO 2 Extraterrestrials or XCOM2 either...all I want is Xenonauts 2.  :P
I wouldn't mind Xenonauts 1 with a less eye-gougingly hard to read interface.
I think that might just be you.
