That FPS problems have recently got better for me, I changed my graphic card settings to mainly use my GTM555, not the in-built one. Fallen Earth doesn't seem to recognize by itself which one to use.

So, alright, anyone currently playing this? I'm still looking for some kind of RP group to have fun while travelling the wasteland.
Currently gathering material's for my ATV and looking forward to it.

I've never played with D20 but I'm familiar with a bit of D&D 3.5, DSA and Warhammer so, I guess that's not much of a problem.
Apocalypse sounds damn good to me.

Please what?

That huge wall of speaking text was so much that I pretty much decided to sum it up, and to get a bonus on a roll when something terribly fucks up that happens at the docking. (Being ambushed or w/e)

Mastery over the art of Physics is an excellent foundation.

Elyrion starts to give out orders to the crew to prepare for docking, even if it is still some time till they will arrive.

"Extract our docking struts and check the dock information beforehand so they are already extended and aligned when we hit the docks, prepare the brake thrusters and precision control Thrusters in order to bring us in safely, finally, cut the front weapon energy when we reach the dock so there is no unwanted reaction following should they hit the dock because somoene makes a wrong move again. Continue the scans of the warp surrounding the planet and contact the boarding crew for standard procedure to stand at ready, I do not believe we will face an ambush but preparation is preparation. Also announce the current ETA to the target to the crew and enter Phase yellow of docking procedure, noone should be out in the corridors when we connect to the docks. Close all exterior intakes directly prior to docking and be gentle on the damn control thrusters so we do not crash into the sides of the dock. "

After he is finished issuing orders he calls for one of the crew members to get his guard flak armor, after that he just stands at the front of the controls staring forward, observing the controls of the crew.

>Instruct correct docking procedure, make sure noone fucks up.

The Void-Master looks up to the commanding chair of his captain as he listens to the small speech of the Governor, he notices that the Missionary is leaving right after that ended, curious about why he would do such a thing now that they will probably have to discuss about their next steps.

I'm not really sure if he just wants to keep his position longer or if he isn't all so sure that the threat will be dealt with rather quickly...I mean, in one sentence he tells us that basically the threat isn't that big and still in the next one he offers you to turn away...that's a clear indicator to me that the situation is far worse than he wants us to think, however, if he really wanted to stay in place then he would have probably just said that they were about to be totally eradicated..in my opinion it is indeed far worse than he wants to admit.

As he finishes speaking he takes a quick look over the consoles, making sure nothing unusual is actually approaching them.

25
Elyrion takes her silence on his question if they should scan the surface as a "no", he raises an eyebrow as she asks her crew if she was twoo "bossy" to the planet and simply only listens to the missionary with one ear, he isn't really into this: Hail the emperor thing as that guy is, surely, the emperor is a god and should be deemed with respect, however, that doesn't justify thinling every good thing in life had been granted to you by him. He smirks at Jericho saying that she doesn't know what bossy is until she met a commisar. "So true...so true. He whispers  , nodding in agreement as he suggests to not leave the ship unequipped.

I support that suggestion Ma'am, it is never a good idea to leave a ship without being ready to face a threat, and if it is only a bandit trying to rob your belongings.

Elyrion stands behind the various control panels of the Aether Hound, overseeing the work of the crew members, arms crossed infront of his chest, as one of them states there is a transmission coming in, his chainsword and powersword are hanging on his side, altough both deactivated and you can see the bolt pistol looking out of the holster on his right leg. As the transmission is completed he looks behind to his Captain.

"Certainly not the most friendly way to greet us, eh?", he says grinningly as he awaits orders on what to do further on.

He looks forward again going to one of the consoles looking over the shoulder of a crewman who is operating the scanners. "Should we run a scan on the planet captain?"

Was actually writing this up when you bumped.
You send 5 idling peasants to make more space for animals. The price for leather seems to be higher than that of wool.
You send out somoene to search for a smith.
You send 10 people to search for wood usable for bows. They find wood which is useable for short and regular bows, however, for longbows they all miss the required strength to give enough power.
You send one leftover idler to help the cabins.

*Sigh* Again: "Build palisad" is non-valid, say how many peasants you want to do it please..
Also, longbows would be pretty cheap considerend it's mostly wooden, however, getting people to actually be able to use it might be a challenge :D

Gold is just the simple other word for "money" here, it's pretty much real medieval cost as to that time a chainmail armor was worth 20-30 cows. Iron was expensive as heck, let alone the price of the work needed to make one as the rings have to be assembled one by one.
