Well, the price for ONE chainmal would be arround 120-200 gold pieces, depending on the thickness and craftsmanship, so we'll focus on buying axes + pikes? (Pikes as in 2 metre long PIKES or simple spears?)

What type of animals in the pasture? Large or Medium? It can currently hold 10 Large or 20 Medium, currently 8 large space being used up, 2 being free.
What kind of weapons and armor? Leather? Gambesons? Axe's? Spears? Prices vary heavily.

You except the Duchess to be arround 25 years of Age, as you research into why she is the Duchess of such a big area of such young age you find ou that her father is the king of another kingdom lieing to the East, and that she has searched refugee with her men in this kingdom, been granted this fief by your own king which has earned him quite some enemies hoping for that territory aswell. You send 5 more militias into training, once they have been trained to milita standards they will be exchanged for 5 others. You also grant the hunters their 10 gold pieces with them having to deliver 1/7th of their loot to you, as you realise they do not understand what that is you just tell them to bring the amount of flesh which would actually come out of all four feet of the animal to you, which they now understand and execute in this manner. The granary is finished which allows you to store 500 worth of food for bad times.

Alright, if anyone has a need for a hedge night state your business here, if Tiruin already has one it would probably be better to go to another guy who may need it. I'm also after advice from somoene (thanks again) changing my stuff, removing the duel trait and instead making my Regiment a Personal Guard.

As an information: Those militia's do not need to be in active service, it is enough if you have just 20 military trained peasants to raise when needed.
As for prospectors: IT is unlikely that any nobles will give you skilled craftsman that they need in their own services, you can still try however.
1 hour of discussion for you guys then I make my turn.

Villagers start complaining about too less food being produced, 3 people who deem themselves as skilled hunters ask for 10 gold pieces to equip themselves with basic bows to start hunting, they also ask you for the formal right to do so.
YOu send a letter to the duchy of Shanaria, you are very surprised as this letter comes back:

Farewell Sir Domilian,
It might in more or less time happen that I need your direct support in a cause of high urgency.
My son has claims to the county located to my east, the County of Weyrond, should those claims not be honoured then I plan on attacking that county which has an estimated strength of 75 troops, most of them only poorly trained militias. I would be pleasured to see you raising at least 20 troops to be ready when I have need for them.
-Lady Cilan Shanaria

You look on the ending of the letter once more, eyes wide open...a LADY controlling a DUCHY? You can not believe what you just saw.
You get another idea for a shield in your head, and find it very good.
To the west lies the border of your kingdom, after that there lies only wilderness. Your kingdom marks the end to the known world to the west and nothing is known about the area further in that direction.
You do decide not to a hire any spys, why would you do that? And futhermore, for what would you currently need them?

[For now on I will only accept suggestions that are having +1 rating by others, means:
Player A: Suggestion
B: +1
C: +1
D: -1
Then it would go through. Exceptations are when there were not enough people to vote in 2 hours]

Player: Pandemix
Position: Knight under the Service of Northwatch
Full Name: (Sir)  Elyrion Ashantir

Description: 25, Black hair, Blue Eyes, Stands 5'9 tall, mostly seen in the dark brown cloaks of the rangers with a chainmail underneath.

Bio: Elyrion was born into the north of the country, his father being a low-grade noble without lands who was roaming the country as a free knight an dhis mother a commoner, he is still not a bastard though as his father legitimately married his mother, noones knows why he would do such a thing effectively lowering his state in the society by not going in any political bonds. However, he continued to roam the lands searching for opportunities to increase his rank and maybe gain a fief. He grew up in this travelling society until his father was hired by the current ruler of the Northwatch (If that's okay for that player).

His further life was pretty much the same as the one of every male noble, learning the rules of court and training with the weapons of a knight soon followed, Elyrion showed exceptional skill in the use of swords, especially in the use of a sword and a dagger as a defensive weapon which is a not very often seen combination these days, many people preffering a actual shield. His skills in the usage of a bow are a bit more than decent.

In his later years the lord of the Northwatch saw his expertise in fighting and decided to hire him, he provided him basic equipment in form of a horse, chainmail, sword, shield and spear, being pretty surprised as Elyrion said he would not need the shield. And so he was called to the Northwatch court acting as one of the bodyguards and assistants to the lord, caring about smaller problems for him such as dealing with villager's problems that the Lord did not have time for himself or being sent out to messager jobs.

He is still hoping on once being granted a fief by the lord of Northwatch, however, he does not believe that this will be done in the next few months. He has recently been granted control over a small regiment of militia's to train them properly in case of a war.

Traits:
Two Hand fighting style: +1 on melee related attack rolls with swords or weapons likewisely used such as scimitars, falchions or daggers in the defense.

Army:
Personal Guard

Heavy Edited repost
Also, who is the current lord of Northwatch?

Appoint yourself to be the Captain now, search for a suitable man to fill the 2Lt. position, assemble your men, look over their strength and equipment, locate the nearest government weapon facility in order to form a plan to assault, the plan is as follows:
Out of all your remaining men you form 3 groups

1 Base of Fire with all Heavy Weapons and some Standard equipped Guards
1 Breach troop which goes up to the facility makes an entrance through explosives and guards the Assault
1 Assault troop which goes in armed with Submachineguns etc. to clear the faciity

Plan of attack:
Set up base of fire
Begin supressing the enemy
Once properly supressed send BReach troop
20 Seconds after Breach send Assault
Breach should have explosive ready and when they see Assault coming closer they detonate
Assault goes in and clears the building, takes weapons and gets out.

You send 4 peasants in group of two out to negotiate a price of cattle and then come back.
Work on the Pasture has been finished. It can hold 10 large or 20 medium animals. Chickens could be held in wooden housings.
Building on the Wooden Cabins has begun with 7 peasants.
5 Peasants have begun building a road to the forest.

Cattle pricings:
County of Drash: 7 Gold per Cow, 5 per Sheep, 3 per Chicken
County of Gharna: 8 Gold per Cow, 4 per Sheep, 3 per Chicken

10 workers extend the road to the forest and the village, 5 others build some small lodges for hunters/lumberjacks to live in there.

Where do you want to pull those workers from?

Also: Waiting for a tiebreaker on how to get cattle (Send Peasants/As somoene yourself [STATE WHO!])
Also: Waiting for somoene to +1 the horse idea.

I'm thinking about having my char being a officer in the rangers, however, still maintaining his noble title and going to court with the wish of more support for him and his units. So he is actually a knight in the service of the rangers commanding his units.

Requesting cattle from the king seems stupid to you, why should the king care about a small piece of land, to be serious, why should a king care about cattle in the first place? You cannot decide on a coat of arms yet and decide you should continue thinking until your mind has taken a good decision. You notice that two additional peasants have arrived in the past days, and one more recently came of age. You are unsure of how to fix the lumberjacks problem. Not only are they complaining about housings, but they now also started complaining that they need a way of transportating all the wood they produce.

Again guys, no vague things like: Fix the lumberjacks problem o.O

You write a letter to the lord of Shanaria, requesting a monk to serve you to uphold christianity.
5 Peasants are being drafted into a militia force and immediately begin to build up a training ground at your castle
The 7 remaining peasants start to build a pasture.
You begin thinking about a coat of arms, looking at your family background black-red would be just as possible as white-blue, and you cannot decide on a symbol to use aswell.
Work on the farm plots is finished and the workers not needed on the fields return to the village. The lumberjacks complain about not having any place to live in while they work.
