Well, I consider 25+ to be good although I would still be happy giving somebody a job as long as they were above 0.  In the end when you compare it to tools, levels and such it is a minor difference

Have made a more advanced excel version of the profession adviser for anyone who is interested.  Allows you to compare multiple units and lets you swap professions/units by just clicking on them (needs macros enabled to work)

Have plans on adding more features in the future but let me know if you have any suggestions/feedback.

So we have two projects currently ongoing.  Project: Fashion were we are working on gathering the difficult to come back fabric to complete the quest.  The second is more interesting to fellow Bay12 players and that is Project: Manor.  I have updated my original post so you can see what exactly we need so far.

Good news :)

The are now adding a custom chat to the game of which I recommend the chat name be Bay12 for ease of joining. 

In other news, Watchers of the Bay has nearly gathered enough firewood and meat to celebrate Dwarven superiority.  Shortly after we will be buying our first domain to start production on wooden beams for the Manor.

Watchers of the Bay:

Currently we have two projects we are working on.  The first is getting everyone an Inn so that they can start recruiting T3 companions, the second project is work being done towards the goal of setting up the Manor.  One of the things we need for the Manor is to organize a festival.  This requires 20000 firewood of which we have so far gathered over half.  Once the festival is done, we will be moving on and working on the materials needed for the Manor.

A few things to check before you say your skill went down ;)

Did you change tool?
Did you change/lose your companion?
Are you comparing values without a workshop with values with a workshop? (If you are at the place where you can make potions, check your skill then)

So as Watcher of the Bay is nearing the completion of its Headquarters we are still looking for one more migrant.  We are looking for somebody wanting to specialize in making Jewellery,  Message Endalos ingame if you are interested.
