Sprint to the car, make sure target and cash is in the vehicle and we don't leave anybody behind.

Use cam-eyes to watch for any potential pursuit.

Make sure everyone is in the van, along with the target and money. Make sure that the charges are set off and get out of town away from the sirens. Be vigilant and use the cam-eyes to look out for any pursuit as we are leaving.

Double check with Ulrich on the contents of the box. If we don't think they match, keep opening boxes.

IF we think they match help with moving the laser rig upstairs and hauling bags to the car.

Look specifically for a black case about the size of a shoe box, that has papers, images and/or hard drives in it as I'm searching the safety deposit boxes. If the black box does have some paperwork in it, be sure to steal some other paperwork and passports as well.

Take the second cutter and use the cam-eyes to make sure that I break into the target box first and then stuff it into Ulrich's backpack. After that, keep breaking open the boxes that he hands me. Be sure to scan them with the cam-eyes to make sure there isn't anything dangerous in them before I open them.

Edit: Get away from the techno-shoggoth and drag Michael with me. Get into the safety deposit box room and help Ulrich with getting our target.

IF the shoggoth freaks out, disable it, as best as possible,  with the microwave amp. Or run away. Which ever seems safer.
