Heyo! I've been offline a while cause been playing the games and all. But I'm here to ask: does anyone have a spare Mareanie/toxapex with Regenerator for trade? I cannot seem to get one to spawn at all.
It's for breeding, so stats and nature don't matter, just female and HA.
I have one I can give you. When would be most convenient to trade?

EDIT: Actually, if anyone else is interested, I could send off a few more as well.  Bold nature, varying IVs, Haze egg move, and a Love Ball.

Character sheet is ready here. ^_^

But why do we call it rugby if it's not played by any rugs?  Or tennis if sets are played out of a minimum of six games with a margin of two?

*ping*

Though, I'm not too into the EU. My chief experience comes from the films and two KOTOR games.

I thought Airbus was like, the iconic British airline manufacturer? it'd be like forcing Boeing out of the US.

Kind of; they're a joint project between the UK, France, and Germany, with the ultimate origins being French and German (50% shareholder split between Aérospatiale and Deutsche Airbus; the British didn't join in until almost 10 years later).  You may also be thinking of BAE Systems, or British Aerospace Systems: the second-largest defense contractor in the world and no lightweight.

I'd like to start off 6.30.18 with this edifying article. I was unaware of it until just now.

Oh, I didn't know most games auto-equipped weapons when using staves to counter. I could have sworn the GBA games at least...ah, well, perhaps it's been too long since I played those games.

Told a Pyro Jack that "mascots are cool." It told me off for confusing it with its brother Jack and murdered me in a single hit.

Most games, but I was under the impression that it's simply a prevalent houserule unless something changed while I wasn't looking since the last Salt dump.  It makes sense to keep it for players who intend to keep conventional FE rules for staves, or for that matter, use Thracia rules to torture the players to be unique.

And on that generally cheery note, that fort is done. The beta patch has dropped which is supposed to break a number of things.

I'm thinking about starting up a new one in a few weeks once they iron out the inevitable bugs.

Are people interested in me doing another community settlement?
Ah, does this mean we beta backers will finally be able to give the game a whirl as well?  Your thread piqued my interest in the game, which I had otherwise forgotten I even backed back in the day. :3

I'd be quietly interested in another thread.  It looks like you've been having a lot of !!FUN!!, after all.

Wait, they can't grow seaweed commercially? Then where do they make packaged seaweed wraps?
They do grow seaweed commercially: around 10-12 million tons (frozen) a year, give or take, if these 2010 figures are anywhere close to the modern day.  I'd imagine the problem is that you can make more money off it selling directly to people, and that feeding the entire world's cattle supply on it, even at a mere 2% of their feed, is a significant outlay on top of that.

EDIT:
To add, though, that is just a WAG on my part based on the immediate supposition by Reelya; the problem he asserts with scaling up production of the supplements may not be tied to seaweed itself at all.  Seaweed aquaculture also has the same problems with nutrient depletion and overstock that conventional agriculture has; water pollution from the effluvia can cause environmental issues, so contrary to the article's assertion, scaling production even further may have negative environmental impact on pelagic regions.  Properly done, it can also be good for the environment by increasing local biodiversity, but that's as long as you don't exceed the local ability to nourish the new biota.

Meanwhile, Healers need to heal to level up.

Ah, you don't have to worry about that so much. EXP in FEF is sent to a pool rather than an individual; once it hits 100, everyone gains a level. The main reason Healer isn't that popular is because while it's the lynchpin to a successful party, it's also the least... glamorous, I want to say? Everyone remembers the myrmidon pulling out the clutch crit, but the healer getting someone back on their feet is more mundane (even if, in the end, it contributes more to the victory).
To be fair, we do occasionally get the sort of chapter where heal-shenanigans are absolutely critical to simply keeping everyone alive, much less on their feet. Those tend to be memorable for very...different reasons, though.

Ran into three Unknown demons, which happens the first time you encounter something new.  Mabufu and Rampage proceeded to shred my team before I could even blink.  Definitely the same experience we've come to expect from the series; I rate this remake MegaTen out of ten.

Posting to watch and possibly toss an Archer/Battle Mage into the mix.  Or maybe Butlering about.
