We have the candle, and a number of military artifacts. Also a large army. I'm honestly curious as to what his true intentions are, and I think he is most likely to reveal them in private. Unless this is an elaborate assassination attempt, with a fake envoy. Still, we have magic sword, a palace full of guards, and shadowranks to help protect us. Also a martial trait. I think we can do this.

That's one hell of an assumption.

I just keep getting more and more depressed every time I get into a depressive state and I'm becoming concerned about my ability to continue resisting the suicidal impulses that come. I feel like a monolith at the edge of the sea, feeling the waves eroding my base, knowing someday I won't be able to resist the waves anymore. They'll take just enough more and I'll topple.

I honestly used to get caught in spirals like this a lot. The turning point for me was when I realized they started a lot sooner than I actually started feeling depressed. Once I could recognise them coming on I was able to stay ahead of it, and keep from getting to the lower points. Still though, it sucks either way. Buy something delicious for your supper, go to bed early, and see if you can't get up in time to watch the sun rise. That's always my formula to help me mellow a bit.

I cannot believe you guys tried to get our wife to just "accept" our cheating on her. Especially given she was already throwing things. Ffs.
it was the best option though if we would have picked the other-ones we would just postpone the problem not actually solve it.

If we postponed the problem long enough that we had kids with her, and she was committed to her position, it would have solved the problem.

Amastay uses 15 fp to create "The Divine Cookbook". It teaches workers who read it how to prepare food, so that it is both more nutritious, and more delicious. He places this in the camp at D4.

I am opposed to us attacking this turn. I believe we ought to wait one more. Or ground forces are more than capable of holding one turn longer.
