Hello fellas! Long time no see, i'm going crazy with this laptop. It boots to bios and can stay like that for hours just fine, but it will turn off the very second it tries to load any OS, even live linux. It simply shut off. Is not he hard disk, is not the RAM.... what else could be?

That's bad marketing. They should have offered you accessories, spare batteries or other things.

Here the goverment built thousands of cheap or "free" houses and apartment buildings (they claim millions but ib reality is just thousands).

They were made very, very cheaply and certainly the contractors, themselves handpicked by the goverment got a huge profit from cutting on materials and labor. This is specially aparment buildingds having glaring structural and service issues.

The units were given to hand picked people, you had to be an active, voting (for them) member of the party, not participating in any activity against them.

Lot of people ended up "selling" the units, moving to other place and adquiring a new one, rinse and repeat.

"Selling" is in quotes because peiple weren't owners of those houses/apartments, but that did not stop the above as a lot of people were/are desperate for housing.

In the end the goverment seem to have either sold or simply abandoned the whole thing.

Lots of these places became dangerous areas as lot of goverment sponsored thugs concentrated in a single place.
