This game has gotten way too popular in Bay 12.
It's going to suck if the dev abandons it.

Are you ever going to introduce us to this 'Chartle' character?
He sounds somewhat interesting.

Did like, nothing TOO bad at school last night.
I get to speak with the discipline director today. Woo.
And when I say :
Quote
nothing TOO bad
I mean, all I did was bang on a door.
At 4:00 PM, when there were no classes to disrupt.
So, if im lucky, i'll get off with a detention.
Because if you so much as look at something funny, you seem to get a detention now.
And yet if people scream at and argue with a teacher,
they get a slap on the wrist.
I love small schools.

DF Gameplay Questions / Re: Quick question - how to remove shrubs?
« on: November 07, 2012, 06:39:00 am »
You can build on shrubs and tree saplings. They will get instantly desintegrated the moment the construction finishes.

We should weaponize that.
SOMEHOW!

New turn time!
You guys are making it difficult to decide what to do, by the way:
You decide to head to the palace to get the charter.
You can get a pilot later.
You arrive at the palace gates, and the guards let you in with no problem.
You approach the Duke's Steward, and ask who you can speak to about privateering.
He points you to the Duke himself.
"Greetings my lord."
"Good day, citizen, I have heard you would like to work as a sort of... hired soldier?"
"Yes, my lord, I have formed a crew and am building a ship as we speak. I would like to help protecting your lands, for recompense, of course."
The Duke chuckles.
"Yes, yes, compensation is a noble goal indeed. Speak to my Steward, he will line everything up."
"Thank you lord, you will not be disappointed."
You bow, and walk back to the Steward, you gives you the charter, and stamps it with the royal seal.
"Do you have a pilot, by chance?"
"Well, no we don't."
"Want one? We have one particular one we've been trying to get rid of for a long time now."
"Sure, what's he like?"
"Not he, but she."
You agree to the pilot, and the Steward says he will send her to your ship tomorrow.
As you leave the palace, you remember, you forgot to buy food for your men.
- Every fucking penny you had.
+ 8 loaves of bread
+ 4 Waterskins, filled with water.
You sigh at your poverty, and begin the trudge back to your ship.

For this turn, suggest things that could happen along the way, as this is the only sensible way this turn can end.
(I'll try and fit the blacksmith in next time we go to town, I totally forgot about it this time, sorry.)

Hull done in 2 turns.

Sorry for having to be so awesome pathetic, but at the moment, I have school, and driver's ed after school, so I can really only update this once a day. At about 6:00 PM EST.
So like, yeah.
This story is going to be take real slow like.
On the bright side though, over the weekend, I should be able to update this every few/several hours.
